It is with a profound sense of duty and immense gratitude that I address you as the President of the Calcutta Electric Dealers Association (CEDA) for the year 2025–2026. To be entrusted with leading this vibrant fraternity, the largest electrical trade body of India, is truly the honour of a lifetime.

I extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire CEDA family—the members, the Executive Committee. The strong foundation built on collaboration, welfare, and excellence in trade practices remains our guiding light.

I also congratulate the Publication Sub-Committee Convenor Sri Anil Kumar Singh and entire publication sub-committee for meticulously presenting this informative and indispensable Diary 2025–2026. I am certain it will serve as a vital tool throughout the year.

For the 2025–2026 term, our core agenda is centred on three pillars:

Market Expansion & Digitization: Encouraging members to leverage digital platforms to expand their reach beyond traditional markets and streamline operations for ‘Ease of Doing Business’.

Skill & Professional Development: Organizing targeted Seminars and Workshops to introduce the latest product technologies and best practices in supply chain management.

Welfare and Unity: Strengthening our Trade Fairs, Social Welfare, and Cultural Programmes to foster stronger bonds and ensure the holistic growth of every member.
